TL Creative Ltd (tlcreative.co.nz) is a vehicle graphics and signage business based in Blenheim, Marlborough, New Zealand. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What information we collect

We only collect information you provide directly to us through our website forms:

• Contact / quote enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, the service you’re interested in, and the message you write.
• Change requests (admin page): the section of the site and the details of the change you describe, plus a generated reference code.

We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not collect sensitive personal information (health, ethnicity, religion, etc.).

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry or quote request
• To carry out the signage or graphics work you ask us about

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unsolicited marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not run third-party advertising pixels. If we add basic, privacy-friendly website analytics in future, we will update this policy to say so.

Who we share your information with

To run the website and handle your enquiry, limited data is processed by:

• C.E.A Smith Forms: our website builder's own form-processing service, which delivers your enquiry to our email inbox via Zoho Mail. Data may be processed on servers outside New Zealand.
• Cloudflare: our hosting provider, which processes standard traffic data as part of delivering the website.

We do not share your personal information with any other third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry and contact data for up to 2 years, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct any information that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your information (where we are not legally required to keep it)

To make a request, email asktlcreative@gmail.com. We will respond within 20 working days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated policy.
